- $21,620,000 for a science building at Texas A&M International University;
- $10,030,000 to build an engineering building at Texas A&M University – Galveston;
- $17 million to construct a health science building and for library renovation at Texas A&M University – Texarkana;
- $16,635,945 for a new science building at the University of Texas – Arlington;
- $26,010,000 to construct a life and health science and education facility at the University of Texas at Brownsville;
- $12,750,000 to construct a biomedical and health sciences research center at the University of Texas at El Paso;
- $22,950,000 to construct a science building on the main campus of the University of Texas at San Antonio;
- $20,910,000 to construct an engineering, sciences, and technology building and make other physical plant improvements at the University of Texas at Tyler;
- $20 million to renovate and expand research facilities at the University of Texas medical branch at Galveston;
- $11,513,250 to construct a biomedical research center addition for the University of Texas Health Center at Tyler;
- $20 million to construct a new basic sciences research building for the University of Texas M D. Anderson Cancer Center;
- $51 million to construct science and engineering research and classroom facilities at the University of Houston;
- $52,933,750 to construct a science building at the University of North Texas and to develop the campus and facilities of the University of North Texas at Dallas;
- $27.5 million to construct a new biotechnology center and school of public health building at the University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth;
- $23,647,000 to construct an experimental science research facility at Texas Tech University;
- $66,882,525 for the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center to construct a clinical and research facility in the City of Lubbock and to construct facilities to support the center's educational programs in the city of El Paso;
- A portion of the $79 million authorized for Texas Southern University will be used to finance the construction of a science building;
- $3.4 million to construct a facility for a learning resource center and distance learning center at Texas State Technical College--Harlingen;
- $3.4 million to renovate the industrial technology center at Texas State Technical College--Waco;
- $2,295,000 to construct a transportation technologies building at Texas State Technical College--West Texas.
