Gov. Mike Rounds, R-S.D., issued the following press release:

Gov. Mike Rounds has signed the following bills into law:

HB1041 - An Act to revise the fees for cosmetology, nail technology, and esthetics.

HB1139 - An Act to create and provide for the education enhancement tobacco tax fund and the health care tobacco tax fund.

HB1161 - An Act to revise the elements of the crime of first degree robbery.

HB1176 - An Act to allow for grants from the revolving economic development and initiative fund, to revise certain provisions concerning the making of grants and loans from the revolving economic development and initiative fund, and to repeal the capital investment entity program, the value-added tourism subfund and the entrepreneur support program.

HB1183 - An Act to revise certain provisions regarding the use of a transporter license plate.

HB1266 - An Act to allow a home school student to partially enroll in the student's resident school district or in another school district under certain circumstances and to clarify certain testing requirements for students who are partially enrolled.

SB0197 - An Act to adopt the Revised Uniform Anatomical Gift Act.
