Creation of New High-Technolology Industries in Virginia

In response to the Virginia General Assemblys HB2639, the report outlines specific recommendations to propel Virginia into a leadership position with regard to the incubation of new high-tech industry through innovative changes that create friendly working relationships with universities, government labs, industries and other Virginia organizations, and through access to capital and other infrastructure throughout the state.
