Emerging Knowlegde-Based Economy in China? Indicators from OECD Databases
The paper shows a set of indicators on the knowledge-based economy for China, mainly compiled from databases within the Economic Analysis and Statistics Division of the Directorate for Science, Technology and Industry. Indicators are put in context by comparing them with data for the Triad the United States, Japan and the European Union.
