Fiscal Survey of States: December 2004
The semi-annual survey presents aggregate and individual data on the states’ general fund receipts, expenditures and balances. After two years of unprecedented, almost flat growth, fiscal 2004 general fund spending increased by 3 percent above fiscal 2003 levels, the report states.
