Great North Opportunity Forecast, 2003
The study released by the Great Northern Alliance uses regional productivity and innovation to predict future competitiveness and opportunity, concluding that despite an economic slowdown, the Twin Cities is more competitive than it was a year ago. The study measures 58 key indicators of the regional economy and divides the indicators into four areas.
