Grow Wisconsin: The 2005 Agenda
The 2005 Agenda seeks to build on the tremendous success of Governor Doyle’s Grow Wisconsin plan he $3announced in September of 2003. The plan calls for support of business incubators, venture capital and angel investor tax credit expenditures, and regional economic development efforts, among others.
