Governor Kempthorne and the 23-member Science and Technology Advisory Council he appointed recommended several courses of action within the plan. Some of the suggestions include to: Build, attract, and retain a highly skilled technical workforce and invest in creating research and development excellence and promoting industry-university collaboration.
