Kentucky Innovation: A Strategic Plan For The New Economy
The plan recognizes that Kentucky must continue to invest in a knowledge infrastructure to develop both the intellectual pool and the research and development capacity required for success. The Kentucky Innovation Act of 2000 directed the Commissioner for the New Economy to develop a Kentucky Strategic Capacity Initiative.
