The study estimates Japan’s business network
structure based on inter-regional information traffic data, in order to clarify longitudinal changes in branch office function headquarter and branch office arrangement. Results show that branch-offices becomes to concentrate on transportation-hub cities. Further, the interactions between headquarter to branch office becomes much knowledge intensive than before.
