Iowa 2010: The New Face of Iowa
Charged with determining what Iowa ought to be like and look like in 2010 and what needs to do to get there, the Governors Strategic Planning Council developed a set of eight significant goals that they believe shape a vision for Iowa, accompanied by specific action steps that they feel are the most critical for achieving that vision.
