Spatial Decisions of Multinational Enterprises and their Effect on Local Firms
The author argues that the growth theory is not well suited to model multinational enterprises and their effect on local firms. The main reason is that neither firms nor market structure (and with it the degree of competition) can be explicitly modeled by growth theory.
