Last year's CHIPS and Science Act created new programs to support regional tech-based economic development (TBED) initiatives, and these programs received $1.8 billion in new funding from the FY 2023 budget -- alongside increases to multiple, long-standing federal TBED initiatives. During this TBED Community of Practice webinar, learn about these new funding sources and how they could help you launch or scale support for your regional innovation economy.
Chivas Grannum and Amanda Kosty from EDA will discuss programs at the Office of Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Then, SSTI's Jason Rittenberg will present on other programs across the federal government and answer questions.
