Four New Recruits Join CED Team; New Staff Members Bring Diverse Skills to Expand Support for Entrepreneurs

The Council for Entrepreneurial Development (CED) today announced the addition of four new team members -Lilith Anderson, program & special projects manager;Debbie Dias, executive assistant; Joy Rau, manager, conference sponsorship & logistics; andJill Weinberger,senior manager, marketing & communications.
Lilith Anderson earned a B.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Environmental Studies from St. Lawrence University in Canton, N.Y. Having recently relocated to the Triangle from Oregon, Lilith has managed CED's Coastal programs, including the upcoming Opportunity 2007 conference, and is developing improved relations management tools for CED members and supporters. She is also managing the development of CED's new digitized resource platform, CED 24/7.
Debbie Dias has more than 15 years experience as an executive assistant for both corporate executives and entrepreneurs in New Orleans and Florida. Debbie is the executive assistant to CED President Monica Doss and she assists Monica in her daily tasks and planning.
Joy Rau earned a B.A. in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1999. Prior to joining CED, she worked for seven years at Global Knowledge Training LLC in Cary, N.C., as a desktop publisher and design team lead. Joy is responsible for logistical planning for all of CED's major conferences.
Jill Weinberger leads CED's marketing and communications team in strategic marketing and communications. Before relocating to the Triangle, Jill lived in Beaufort, S.C., where she served as communications manager for Beaufort County Schools. Jill is a graduate of Southern Illinois University at Carbondale with a B.A. in Speech Communications.
