Online discussion scheduled to look at region's weaknesses

The Center for Economic Growth Inc. is holding an online panel discussion on Aug. 28 on the topic: "Where are the gaps in our regional innovation infrastructure?"

The discuss is scheduled to run from noon to 1:30 p.m.

Panelist include Michael Fancher, director of economic outreach and associate professor at the state University at Albany's College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering; Jason Doling, director of new business development at the New York State Foundation for Science, Technology and Innovation; and Bob Godgart, founder and CEO of Autotask, an East Greenbush software developer.
